You are staying on the living floor of this characteristic barn, adjacent to the old orchard. A place of peace and space, surrounded by nature on the ancient Linge dike. Sometimes you can see the Ouessant sheep grazing, and in the distance, boats sail along the river Linge. Enjoy your stay!

Privacy

Heating
The living area is heated with a pellet stove, and the bathroom has an electric radiator. Leaving for a bit or getting too warm? You can turn the pellet stove off. Upon returning, the space will quickly become cozy and comfortable again.

 

Duvet
The bed is made with a 2-in-1 duvet: a duvet and duvet cover in one. The great advantage of this is that the duvet is completely washed after every stay before being used again. Very fresh and hygienic!

 

Watching TV
TV is accessed via the NL ZIET app.

  • Turn on the TV using the large remote control.

  • Press the power button on the small remote control and wait a moment.

  • Go to NL Ziet > Select Natuurhuisje HVA > Nu op TV

  • Ended up on a different screen? Press <-

No picture? The TV might not be set to the correct input. Use the large remote control and press the INPUT button until the TV is set to HDMI 3.

Waste
Please give us a heads-up when trash bags are full so I can dispose of them for you.

Safety
The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector (smoking not allowed) and a carbon monoxide detector. Under the sink, you will find a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Emergencies: call 112. Minor incidents: +31 6 30 47 57 72. Please keep the emergency door in the hallway closed. A glass breaker is located to the right of the door.

Your stay is entirely at your own risk.

Damage caused by guests is entirely at your own risk: Any damage to the house, inventory, garden, facilities, or other properties of the owner arising during your stay or caused by your visitors is fully at the expense of the guest.

The owner accepts no liability whatsoever for damage, loss, or injury, regardless of the cause, circumstances, or actions of third parties.

This applies to both direct and indirect damage, including but not limited to damage caused by fire, water, storm, defects, accidents, or improper use of facilities.

By booking, you declare that you understand and accept this complete exclusion of liability.

  • Park in the designated areas; the owner is not responsible for vehicles.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking, open fire, and fireworks are strictly prohibited inside and on the property grounds.
